This week in literacy we explored the history and importance of ANZAC Day . We Learned about what ANZAC stands for , Australia New Zealand Army Crops, what happened in Gallipoli , and the sacrifices our brave soldiers made in 1915 at ANZAC cove .
One thing i found interesting was that Eighteen thousand New Zealand people and sixteen nurses . Here is some of the work we did this week ,learning about ANZAC day made me feel thankful because they had died for us .
